The software in the NEAT DESK pdf creator/scanner is incredible. Three slots, one for business cards, one for receipts and one for documents. It scans with RAPID FIRE quickness. Less than a second. You have to quickly name it but the software figures out where to put it, file it etc. And the search software is nothing less than miraculous. We put in all receipts from incoming jewelers boxes of goodies. So, say, you are looking for cost of the 1.76 old euro you bought about a month ago in a platinum setting that was signed tiffany and you paid about 6k for it from a dealer in Nebraska.

All you need to remember is one of the above. Search for "Tiffany" and it brings up all the Tiffany you bought. Search for euro, brings them all up. Search for 1.76 or 1.77 brings them up. Search for Nebraska? Ditto. Remember the dealers name was Smith? Boom.

It even reads numbers and puts the amount you paid in its own slot on the software. In its own column. The software is intuitive and almost thinks for itself. When we get in a group of stuff come in from a dealer, our receiving department takes a color pic and we scan that in too. So we also have a pic in the NEAT DESK. We fax all PGS, GIA and AGS certs in so we can find the info if we need it later. Dates, time, weight etc. And a pdf to send to a customer is available! Amazing machine. Thanks Polygon!
